Our founder, Dr. Sharma is a licensed clinical professional counselor (L.C.P.C.), a clinical supervisor, and an educator in the State of Illinois. Dr. Sharma has experience counseling clients that have experienced Physical, Psychological, Sexual abuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Anxiety, Stress, Anger, and other Clinical Ailments. Our clinical team consists of a combination of licensed professional counselors, licensed clinical professional counselors, and chemical addiction dependence counselors (CADC).

Our treatment approach is unique because we provide intensive individual psychotherapy alongside of group psychotherapy. Our theoretical approaches include Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, ACT Therapy, Relapse Prevention, and SMART recovery.

Additionally, we have experience counseling clients with histories of substance abuse and dependence, sexual/physical abuse, anxiety, depression, impulse-control disorders, and other clinical ailments.
